As a fight director and stage combat specialist, Katrin spent years directing battles that had to look raw and dangerous while remaining completely controlled. 
She learned something vital: conflict has a shape. It has rhythm, breath, and intention. 
Handle it with skill and presence, and it becomes one of the most powerful forces for creation.

That insight didn't stay in the theatre. Over more than 20 years, Katrin developed it into a method, a book and seminars. 
Taught to individuals, universities and companies. 
It was the first foundation of training what she calls today: the corporate radar.

Then came the wilderness.

For two years, Katrin lived in a tent in the South African bush, training as a ranger field guide. 
Out there, under harsh conditions, she rediscovered: 
Nature does not negotiate, it reflects you. 
It demands ultimate situational awareness every single second.

That became the heart of everything she does now.

Today, Katrin guides people and companies through the kind of changes that can't be managed with a slide deck. 
She brings leaders back to something essential: the wild, instinctive part of themselves that knows how to move 
through the unknown without losing ground.
