For more than two decades, Katrin has directed and choreographed large-scale stage productions. She is known for her ability to inspire alignment, mobilize teams, and deliver results under pressure.
Since the age of 21, she has taught at schools and universities, helping emerging talents find voice, presence, and courage.

Leadership in the Wild
Katrin’s ranger training in South Africa required mastering nature’s complexity and unpredictability. Guiding clients safely on foot through the bush demanded a calm mind, sharp instincts, and the ability to make clear decisions in the face of uncertainty.

Purpose beyond the work
Katrins´ collaboration with The Black Mambas - the world’s first all-female anti-poaching unit in South Africa - reflects Katrins commitment to female empowerment, education, and the protection of wildlife.
With every journey she curates to the Black Mambas, a percentage of the proceeds goes directly to support their mission on the ground.
She also collaborates with IWAN-BIKES GmbH and Jochen Kai with the BLACK MAMBA RACING TEAM to get awareness and the female riders’ collective Petrolettes, bringing together riders for rangers through Ride with Purpose.
Through talks at schools, universities, and companies, Katrin inspires others to take part in conservation.
