Stand your ground

"Katrin believes that every woman holds a fierce, untamed strength within to stand her ground, and to claim her own path. The way she speaks. The way she holds herself. Every parent should want their daughter to learn from a woman like her."

BR 1

A bridge between worlds

"Katrin stands for connection over competition, for responsibility over indifference, for movement that begins on two wheels and continues in the mind.

She reveals what becomes possible when we dare to look beyond the handlebars."

Bike & Business Magazine

Inspiring & deeply human

“Katrin combines artistic excellence with rare pedagogical intuition. Her clarity, empathy, and quiet authority inspire growth and outstanding results."

Theatre. Leadership. Wilderness.

It started on stage, with swords, tension and the precise choreography of conflict.

As a fight director and stage combat specialist, Katrin spent years directing battles that had to look raw and dangerous while remaining completely controlled.

She learned something there that no business school teaches: conflict has a shape.
It has rhythm, breath, and intention.
Handle it with skill and presence, and it becomes one of the most powerful forces for creation.

That insight didn't stay in the theatre. It became a book. It became seminars. It became a method.
Taught to individuals, universities and companies.

Over more than 20 years, Katrin never stopped learning.
Alongside her stage work and teaching, she pursued verified, certified expertise.

Then came the wilderness.

For two years, Katrin lived in a tent in the African bush, training as a ranger field guide in South Africa.
Out there, she rediscovered what she had always known. Nature does not negotiate. It asks you to be real.

That became the heart of everything she does now.

Today, Katrin guides people and companies through the kind of changes that can't be managed with a slide deck.
She brings people back to something essential: the wild, instinctive part of themselves that knows how to move through the unknown without losing ground.

She believes deeply that when we are in genuine contact with our own nature, we create something worth protecting.

AWARD - RECOGNITION IN MOTION

In 2025, Katrin received the

"Bike Woman of the Year Award, category International"

from Bike & Business Magazine, honoring her initiative that brought together international motorcycle riders and The Black Mambas A.P.U., the world’s first all-female anti-poaching unit in South Africa.

Katrins Book

This Is What Winners Look Like draws on Katrin's expertise as a fight director and stage combat specialist to help navigate conflict with confidence, balance and presence.

Rather than quick-fix comebacks, the book explores what we can learn from powerful female archetypes as the warrior, the huntress and the knight.
It combines acting technique, combat choreography and an understanding of human behavior to offer practical tools for holding your ground in everyday confrontations.

Becoming WILD

"For two years, I lived in a tent, surrounded by the raw pulse of the African bush.

Out there I learned more about leadership, courage, and humility than any presentation or flipchart could teach."
